The protagonist, in his mid twenties with black hair and a slight frame. He is married to Rena, who is pregnant. Blue was formerly part of a project to build a livable space station that was pulled off too soon. He is initially unemployed but is called back as a “technician” to join the emergency mission to dismantle the out of control Strategic Defense Initiative (S.D.I.) satellite. After his shuttle is destroyed and he crash lands on a strange planet, he discovers the ability to conjure objects simply by thinking about them, such as food, weapons, and tools.
