S.D.I. (Strategic Defense Initiative) / Star Wars: A satellite system, designed in the twentieth century and initiated by President Reagan, that has gone haywire. It fires a red laser that disintegrates people (pinpointing silos or individuals) and leaves a charred spot where the victim once stood.
Orange Humanoid / Bob: An orange-bodied, hairless humanoid with straight, long black hair, first encountered by Blue in the jungle. They appear to be native to the crashed-ship environment and are associated with the Orange Rocks. Blue gives one of them the nickname “Bob”.
Silver Creatures: Humanoid figures described as silvery gray, with a large fin on the top center of their heads, hairless, and having bubbly, exaggerated facial features. They are hostile and carry spears. Their Chief refers to Blue’s power as “our power”.
Orange Rocks: Strange, bright orange rocks spread along a dirt trail in the jungle. They are repellent and can launch a person backward or rocket them into the air when stepped on.
Red Rock: A specific rock that, when Blue lands on it, causes him to crash through the ground into an underground cavern.
The One Who Won’t Leave The Trees: A label used by the Chief of the silver creatures, describing an individual (James) who possessed a similar power to Blue, suggesting the power has faded.
Odin: A ten foot tall, maroon colored creature in the cavern, with five tentacles protruding from its stomach, no arms, hoofed feet, and three fins on its head. It speaks English and is an enemy of those on the planet.
